For pre-made items:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

For pre-order items:
Pre-orders are made-to-order and typically ship within 4–6 weeks. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking confirmation via email.

For pre-made items:
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Email us at support@thefleurnoire.com to start the return process.

For pre-orders:
Pre-orders can also be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, due to made-to-order production, cancellations are only accepted before the item has shipped.

To keep your piece looking fresh:

• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Use mild detergent
• Turn inside out to protect graphics and embroidery
• Avoid bleach
• Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve shape
• Do not iron directly on prints
  
  Our garments are made from pre-shrunk 350gsm 100% cotton fleece, so shrinkage is minimal — but gentle care keeps it looking and feeling its best over time.
